Great ramen! Being a regular customer; however, I’ve noticed a lack of diversity in staffing. Plus, when picking up my order several times after I tell them my first and last name for my order the host has frequently look puzzled and seems to want more proof that I ordered ramen???The online receipt clearly says no other order information besides your name is needed. Hello! Black people can afford ramen! This says way too much lot about the company culture!
Okay, I'm a huge ramen fan, I had the best ramen of my life here. The noodles were perfectly tender not soggy like other places, the beef fell apart it was so tender, the flavor was out of this world, the veggies fresh, it was a fully body experience, I got so warm and cozy eating my ramen and I will only come here for ramen and wine.
