The most ridiculous Cutomer service plus food timing take up to 50 mins just for 2 ramen noodle plus we came here 6:50 order just to place and order and person came to us took order at 7:40 plus after ordering food it’s been 1 hour 20 mins just been waiting for order that’s crazy how much they took time
Been to different Jinya locations. Have been frequently visiting this location. Every time the service has been super slow regardless of the day and time. The temperature is on the warmer side.
Great food, disappointing service. We arrived at the end of the dinner rush, around 7:20 and were seated right away, wish we had sat at the bar though. It took 15 minutes for our server to come to the table, we made sure that we were ready to order everything after having plenty of time to look at the menu. We ordered an appetizer and a spicy chicken ramen and premium tonkatsu red. Jess was an amazing waitress! She helped me choose a ramen dish since it was my first time trying it, and she made the experience so easy and enjoyable. Her energy was great, and I’d recommend her and this place to anyone
