Very disappointed with this visit. I have been coming to Jinya Ramen since 2017. I have never had issues with food or service until today. As someone who has worked in the restaurant industry, I had higher expectations. I received my ramen with a short black hair in it. Which was easy to tell it came from the staff. Once able to get the servers attention, I showed them and asked for this to be remade. As a restaurant worker, I have comped items off someone's order due to any error in food/service. We’ve been coming here multiple times a month for the past year and the food is always amazing. Aubrey & Junro have been exceptional on more than one occasion. Thank you for having vegan options!!
