I been going to JINYA ramen since I found them by the John Wayne airport, I visited the one in Orange and I also visited the one in eastvale. The one in eastvale needs work. The flavor is not the same, every time I order from there my order is always wrong. It’s annoying I have to go back to exchange it if I do a Togo order. I never have this issue with any of the other more busier locations. I rather drive 40 minutes to go to the one in Orange than order from the one that is 1 minute away.
Disappointed ☹️ Didn’t get order right for takeout (asked for a 3 out of 10 on spice level.). Was more like a 7.. But it was just average Ramen… nothing special. Maybe someone new working, but just disappointed.
Food here is really good. A couple waiters are really good, but the rest are really unfriendly and clueless. Service is terrible. We learned that the worst service was from the female manager. Super unfriendly and short. We complained about a dish we got, she didn't care. We come here about 3 times a month. Really disappointed.
I wanted to share how much I enjoyed coming to this place with my Pops. It was his first time, and he didn't know what to order. Our waitress, Miss Erica, went above and beyond in assisting us. She was so genuine and helpful to us both, and it really impressed us how attentive she was with us and all whom she was taking care of. The food was delicious, but we will be back because of how we were treated. I’ve given this place 3 try’s already & each time they manage to provide horrible service , there out of Soda or out of multiple items 😑 all of the workers stand around not providing help & just staring. Honestly I love Ramem & this is hands down the worst ramen spot ever. Please don’t waste your time. The food is decent if you’re able to try anything in stock. 😑😑😑
