10 different employees (no exaggeration) made eye contact with and proceeded to walk past without acknowledging me as I waited at the host stand for several minutes to be helped.
Update: The owner reached out after my initial review, apologized, and offered to remake my order. The new ramen was much more flavorful and tasted great :) Previous review: I ordered the chicken ramen and gyoza togo. The gyoza was good, but unfortunately the ramen broth tasted like it was missing salt, making it very bland. I’m not sure if this was just an off day or if it’s normally prepared this way, but it wasn’t what I expected :(
