Jinya Ramen Bar in Buford is a solid spot for anyone craving decent and tasty ramen without any issue. The food hits the right notes — flavorful broth, good noodles, and well-balanced toppings. The ambience is great too, cozy and chill, perfect for casual dinners or catching up with friends. Service is friendly and efficient, making the whole experience smooth. Mmm.. the above average ramen in town, but definitely reliable and satisfying when hunger strikes!
Bartenders were awesome, drinks were decent, but the Jinya Tonkatsu Original noodles need a lot of work...noodles should never be gummy and clumped together and the broth had a weird after taste, also ajitama eggs should be cooked 6-7 mins...that tasted like 8-10 mins. And I recommend ginger and a chili spice oil for heat if requested.
We had a great experience at Jinya and will be back next time we're in town! Our server Jessica was very helpful with recommendations, and everyone's food was great! Wonton ramen and the spicy vegan ramen were so good 10/10!
