Really popular dessert place in Brooklyn, love their shaved ice and the signature dessert soup. The place is very clean and neat as well. No tips required, will come back again

This is a Sunday.The food was acceptable, however the service is way below standard. Walked in and was told to sit anywhere, we sat there, expecting a menu to be handed to us. Then we were informed to go all the way back to get a menu and order over there. There was two staff managing the front, the one who took my order was a new person. 我是第三次来这家店。 之前的体验还可以？都是点雪花冰小孩子很喜欢。但是今天点个冰饭 外卖 ？你要是告诉我你们很忙 我可以接受？并且店里也没多少客人。最后你让我等了15分钟 左右？我催了你们好几次我赶时间 ！ 我最后很生气的说如果没做我可以取消 ？最后看到厨房的人才刚开始做！我真的很无语 真是一次很不爽的一次
