My mom saw Dr. Li in January for a pain condition that had been bothering her for months. He is a very kind doctor with a good bedside manner. He did a thorough exam and suggested a nerve block procedure. The problem was that the procedure was scheduled three months later, which is why I am leaving a low review. We tried several times to get an earlier appointment, but were always told, "the doctor is booked," and put on a wait list. This is not what patients want to hear when they are in pain. I have had chronic shoulder pain for years. Past corticosteriod injections and surgery provided minimal relief. I saw Dr. Li a year ago as a second opinion. Also, why am I waiting an hour in your office to be seen. Did you forget you have other patients? I'm sitting in a hard wooden chair with a fused tailbone and spine. At this point his injections did nothing for me and it's a to... read more
