Dr. Caldentey is about as unprofessional of a doctor as I have come across. Her reception is a disaster. Rude and totally unhelpful. For a Dr who specializes in geriatric patients, she is ill-suited. Please do not entrust your health to her. She is not capable. And her bedside manner is deplorable.

I attended a recent medical appointment with my father (new patient to the practice) and must say I was thoroughly impressed with the level of care provided by the Dr and the entire staff. Aside from the Dr. Caldentey, who spent plenty of time with my father, several other practitioners came by to discuss the medical issues my father is grappling with and took the time to listen to both my concerns and his. Waited a month for the appointment. My mother is 92 and in a great deal of pain. We drove over an hour to get there. There was a car accident on the road which delayed us by 15 minutes and the office manager said Dr Caldentey refused to see us. They were not at all polite and it didn’t matter how much I begged, the Dr would not see my mother . I don’t know how that can be considered caring. My mother was crying in the waiting room. Could not get an appointment for my dad. A patient for over 20 years, after repeated requests. Terrible follow through. Sent us to urgent care telling me it is amazing what they can do there. I called my own personal physician and he was seen the very next day. I did not want to give even one star.
