Front office staff are very rude. I took a person to an appointment yesterday and was told that we were at the appointment the day before. They refused to explain what happened and the confusion
There is no lab available for blood testing and we were aware of this when attended. But during the visit, Dr. Eric Lonergan made an incorrect diagnosis. We were lucky that our incident wasn't life-threatening and was simply a common illness, which another doctor from a different office later diagnosed correctly. Despite this, of course, we were charged for visit.
GI Doctor reassigned to Newburgh. Obgyn is in Warwick. Husband’s Urologist retiring. Radiology in Rock Hill and Middletown don’t do neck ultrasounds and was told I have to go over the river into Carmel or Rhinebeck. Need to find closer doctors!!! What do you expect us to do Optum??? (You’re only getting 2 stars because primary care Dr is still there for now) UPDATE: Received call after review posted and was assured they indeed are doing neck US in Rock Hill and they will educate their staff.
I had a very positive experience. The staff were helpful and professional.
This is an excellent facility in our area. I go here all the time, unfortunately at my age, par for the course.
