Good service
Hit or miss, depending on who’s doing the service. I’ve had really great experiences with incredible nail techs who do impressive nail designs and really try to fulfil specific requests. I’ve also had not-so-great experiences with poor customer service, being cut without apology, and my nails being over cured. Their prices are decently competitive for Toronto. I just wish their service quality was more consistent.
The lady that did the pedicure was good but the lady doing my acrylics was very grumpy and hurt me 7 different times and I told her and she kept on without any apologies. The simple marble design I requested was not done properly and I just requested a french tip. The customer service wasn’t the best I must say.
