Both my wife and I have Dr. Jingnan Bu as our primary physician. She attends to our medical needs with knowledge as she also exhibits compassion and kindness as a human being
Dr Bu is a great PCP. She is kind and always gives me her full attention for as long as I need it. She is thorough in making sure I get what I need at any appointment. It’s sometimes hard to get in with her, but that seems to be the case in healthcare right now.
Dr Bu is great. A good listener and very good at explaining everything.
Terrible experience here. The automated messages take forever and they never answer the phone. They also cancelled my appointment without telling me. Stay away!
