I'd give less than 1 star if I could. It's supposed to be set up as each driver is an independent contractor but the owner talks to them like they're inferior. I've never seen a business ran like this one. It's absolutely appalling.
Their ice cream is freezer burnt and I've seen more than one driver smoking. This company seems to be monopolizing ice cream trucks in Northern Ohio. I miss the days of independent trucks.
