I never thought I would write a review like this about Jing Chen. I had acupuncture with her a few years ago, always felt great after my sessions, and I have personally recommended her to many people. After today, I can't recommend her to anyone. We booked an appointment by phone through reception for our young son. Before anything started, we were upfront with Dr Jing: we told her clearly that he might move around and scream because he is scared of needles. She went ahead. Impatient with child. Quite rude. My son took some time as he was afraid with needles. But the total initial appointment was not more than 15 mins and she already said my child taking too much of her time. I asked reception what is the normal time for first consultation + treatment and the lady explained it should be around 30 mins so my son is still within the timeframe. Jing is one of the most intelligent, passionate and dedicated healthcare professional I have ever met. She takes the time to get to know you and your areas of concern to the best of her ability. Her caring nature in addition to all this are a testament to the results she produces. Would 1000% recommend to anyone who needs assistance in any part of their life, that being mentally, physically, emotionally and or spiritually.
