I cannot recommend Dr. Li highly enough. From my very first appointment, I felt genuinely cared for and supported. Dr. Li combines exceptional medical expertise with compassion, taking the time to thoroughly explain every aspect of my treatment and answer all of my questions. The entire team is professional, attentive, and truly patient-focused. Thanks to their guidance and care, I feel confident and well-supported through this journey. An outstanding oncologist and an incredible human being!
Dr. Li is great. However, very poor communication among staff that is concerning. Staff member called me and eagerly confirmed a request that had been asked from me for the visit that day which was to skip the weight check. This was communicated in the morning. That same day at the afternoon appointment, staff fails to complete the one simple task despite clear documentation in patient’s chart per another staff member.
