Very poor patient encounters - lacks empathy
I have been seeing another doctor in this office, which I absolutely love, for a few years now. So when my fiance needed a new doctor, I recommended my mine. She wasn't accepting new patients, and he ended up getting in with Dr Jing Bryant. He had the absolute worst experience he has ever had at a doctor's office with Bryant. He called me after his appointment nearly crying and trying not to have a panic attack, unlike him to do so. Worst experience, over all!
I've been a patient of Dr Bryant for years and she always takes the time to listen to my concerns and does a good job assessing and providing information and referrals if necessary.
I went to Dr. Jing Bryant today for the 2nd time and it was the worst Appointment I’ve had in my entire life! I’ve been going to this office for years but just got assigned Dr. Bryant last June. I was recently diagnosed with diabetes so that’s why I was seeing her today. Long story short 5-10 minutes after she came in the room I ended up walking out and asking to be switched to a different doctor. She was so nasty and disrespectful to me I just couldn’t believe it.
