I had an amazing experience at Jing Fong. From the moment I walked in, I felt incredibly welcome. The lady working at the front desk was absolutely lovely—so sweet, attentive, and welcoming, which really set the tone for the entire meal. As for the food, it was spectacular. Absolutely Horrendous on EVERY POSSIBLE LEVEL! Screwed the order up and called them. Apparently They Don’t Speak English when they Botch an Order! DO YOUR JOBS! Christ Already!
Beautiful Chinese food amazing staff amazing everything 很好吃
Today was the last day I’ll ever visit Jing Fong and give them my business. I was treated like a bum off the street because I had a problem with the general tso’s chicken that they overcooked I asked them if they could remake it. They told me they couldn’t so I asked for a refund. The guy continued to argue with me and only gave me five dollars back. I paid close to $10 for the food. I will be posting a YouTube video this week. Lady at front counter was very nice and respectful though!
Their food is absolutely delicious, and I can't deny that, but their service needs improvement. They should work on handling phone orders better, especially for a deaf customer.
