As a past owner of a rental property that was managed by Jindabyne Real Estate, I would highly recommend them for either purchasing and or Rental Property Management. Patrick and his staff have been great over the years, where any problems arise they have been extremely quick to inform and fix.
We booked this property through Agoda for a group of 8 people to celebrate Kelly’s son’s birthday and our friend Thales’ birthday weekend in the snow. The booking was confirmed and fully paid, but after that we were told there was an issue with the property management/ownership and the booking may not be honoured. I am extremely disappointed with this experience. We booked a house for 8 people for a weekend trip to the snow to celebrate my best friend’s birthday. The accommodation was booked through Agoda, confirmed, and fully paid in advance. Based on that confirmed booking, our whole group organised the trip, dates, transport, time off and plans around staying at this property. I am extremely disappointed with the way this matter has been handled. I made a confirmed booking through Agoda and paid the full amount in advance. After accepting my payment and confirming the reservation, I was later informed that there was an issue related to the property management/ownership and that my booking may no longer be honoured.
