Heater manafacturer told me to return an item on account of wifi failing. Luckily, lotsa paperwork and returns avoided thanks to Mikey who was able to troubleshoot where the manufacturer, Goldair, had given up. Best result, much appreciated in the midst of winter!!!
Today 18/7, walked into the store and was greeted by a blonde 50 year old worker who said “hi” and i replied “hi, whereabouts are your spray paints?” and she rudely goes “i’m good thanks, just in the corner”. absolute hostility for no reason, just ticking off your customers for the fun of it. lady didn’t even ask how i was and expects me to ask in return? just ruining customers days for the fun of it. absolute bogus, shouldn’t be working in customer service, especially at her grown age
