My partner and I spent a week in the upstairs room at the end of ski season. It was a great time to come, as Perisher wasn’t too busy. The property has a great location, walking distance from town and the brewery. Very easy to get around. The spa was so nice, just what we needed after a day on the slopes. The host is lovely and super helpful, she has lots of great recommendations if you want a break from the snow. Thanks so much for having us! Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay!
I was extremely disappointed with my stay. Check-in was not available until 4pm with no flexibility, and check-out was an unreasonably early 9am — especially considering guests are expected to wash dishes and take out the rubbish before leaving (good luck locating the bins). None of this was disclosed on Booking.com and if you do not abide you are susceptible to a $200 per hour cleaning fee. this is insane we book thru booking.com and find out the unit was split and you cannot even use the Spa which is showing in the picture which is caught my attention but all of a sudden looking by reviews and call confirmation to the property was really disappointing .You should stated that all craft in the first place, and they refused my refund pictures are misleading i would not recommend
Dont ruin your holiday! Stay away from this place. The host is very rude and arrogant as soon as we arrive. Barbecue grill is not even working. The gas bottle is not compatible with the grill and is leaking when we turn it on. Clearly a fire hazard. Property didn't return my bond. I couldn't call them. There is no response to the messages. You can hear guests from above. There is a single bathroom to be shared by 8 people. No laundry and dryer available to use on a snow trip! How ridiculous.
I am writing this review as an awareness for the future tourists/guests at Jindabyne. If you dont want to ruin your vacation and waste money don’t book this guesthouse. We are a consistent tourists at Jindabyne and we go there yearly for snowboarding. I have never wrote any bad reviews in my life ever since the day I stayed in this guesthouse.
