AVOID! All those negative comments are true. I was misled into “preventative care”, later billed as diagnostic, incurring huge out-of-pocket expenses not covered by the insurance, and fraudulent credit card charge like all others had complained. I’m in the process disputing all of these. JinCare is still operating like a “scam center” by making the appointment super easy and then discards you like trash.
