This my second year with this office. The first annual visit was OK. But this year was a nightmare. I waited for almost 2 hours for an annual check and then was told to come back the second day for blood work. I arrived ahead of time, waited for another 1 hour to see the nurse. She tried 3 times without reaching the vein. They ended up giving me a doctor's order to do the blood work at a Labcorp location...
