Called to cancel appointment because I did not feel comfortable with the medication the doctor talked about prescribing, nurse on the phone badgered me for 20 minutes on the phone like she would not take that I was canceling the appointment, then the phone calls started from Shaw Medical group. Had to file a formal complaint with TRICARE East because of the incident, hopefully they will remove them from the list of authorized providers.
For many years I visited different doctors and they said I had gout and gave me the wrong treatments. Until I visited Dr Al-Naqeeb and she found out the real cause of my feet pain and gave me the right treatment. She is not only a great specialist but she is also very kind with the patients. She is the best.
