I purchased a used 2011 Nissan rogue from this dealership in October 2025 with around 213,000 km on the clock. They sold it to me as “fully inspected,” “drives beautifully,” and backed by their “30-day warranty” plus all the usual lines about how “we take care of our customers” and “this one’s a gem.” Three months and roughly 4,200 km later, the transmission completely died while I was merging onto the 401. Seemed like nice people. Purchased a car, 2 weeks later warning lights on dash lit up like a christmas tree. Basically told "oh well", it's your problem now. Also unfortunately found out at the same time that in Ontario we essentially have zero recourse for bad faith used car dealers. OMVIC is a joke and will only only "politely suggest" the dealer fix the problem. Bottom line: don't buy from a dealer like this that offers zero warranty whatsoever on a vehicle purchased from them.
