I was having a non emergency sinus issue . The staff was kind and the Doctor very competent and knowledgeable!
Dr. Nocera was very direct and thorough. She listens which is very important and knowledgeable about the condition. I felt comfortable talking with her. I would recommend her to anyone who’s looking to care for their health may it be an urgent case or for long term.
—- Update We’ve seen Dr Nocera the past two times, and positive experiences both times! She has wonderful bedside manner and genuinely cares. She also seems very smart! I guess that’s expected with an M.D., but still… it’s nice to have a kind smart doctor! —- original Dr Smith was very knowledgeable, transparently communicative, and receptive to patient concerns. I originally had booked appointment with the male Dr, her husband I do believe, after having dealt with both on separate occasions and was told he wasn't seeing patients until next week some time. I would not have even bothered if I would have known I would be forced to see her. She is very cold in demeanor, dismissive and condescending in nature.
