I'm not sure if they're still in business (and I hope they are because I enjoy their food), but an order that I placed was cancelled through Eatstreet and the phone went straight to the busy signal everytime I tried to call about my order. Their services shouldn't be advertised if they're not in business

I am so grossed out right now. I ordered this beef and mushroom it was raw! Make sure you check your meat before eating 🤢 Update: I am so very disappointed with this company and will never eat there again. I called to request a refund for my food. They would not, they said will bring a new one I accepted. 1 hour and half later i call them to see where food is? They never had any intention of bringing it. I am waiting again supposed to be bringing it. 🤬🤯

Normally, I love Jin Shan. Their delivery is always really great and fast. BUT, this time I was super disappointed. I ordered online through their website at 11:17am, and it is now 12:40pm and NOTHING has showed up. I try to call their phone number listed on Google and I get an error message saying calls have been suspended and to try again later. I want my $40 back! And my time. But I'll settle for my $40.

Wonderful experience. My friend took me here for lunch a while back, Great Atmosphere, Great food. Clean and Great Service. Going back soon.. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
