The absolute best Ear Nose and Throat around. Dr. Lim takes his time with you makes sure to answer your questions. I’ve been seeing him since 2017. Now his taking care of my teen daughter which I am grateful for!
Very poor customer services. Waited an hour in the waiting room before cancelling my appointment and leaving. No consideration for clients that have schedules to keep and other commitments in their day.
I will say that Dr. Jin Lim was very thorough and I scheduled a tonsillectomy with him for March 13, 2026. However, the process of having my pre-authorization sent in was less than professional. After calling the office twice to ask when my pre-authorization would be sent in, this action still failed to happen. Due to this failure to send in my pre-auth a month before surgery, I ended up cancelling my tonsillectomy altogether. Due to this issue, I would not recommend this office.

Save yourself the hassle and go to another specialist. This office is not courteous at all. They never have appointments for their long term patients. My daughter is 9 and she has Sinus issues where her sinuses inflamed due to cold and congestion. They don’t give you an appointment weeks out because he’s never available. This is not the first time, I’ve called several times for my daughter and they continue to give me a run around for appointments weeks later. The other ENT won’t take new patients.
