Gotta say the experience was terrible. The haircut was okay but she would block your phone number for sending text messages just because she had some wrong memory that never happened anyway. The most ridiculous haircut experience I’ve ever had…

Jin's perms are the best I've ever gotten, and she's always very attentive and kind! Her studio is also very clean and welcoming. I've been coming here for months and all the short haircuts + perms have been excellent!

I have long thick, Asian hair. She cut my bangs way too short, even when I showed her a picture of exactly what I wanted. My layers used to be at my chest, and she cut everything to my chin! When I went home I discovered chunks of hair that weren’t blended in everywhere. The layering was very, very choppy. Added photos so you can see how uneven everything is. I cried on the drive home. Nice lady, and was apologetic, but she doesn’t know what she’s doing.
