I have long thick, Asian hair. She cut my bangs way too short, even when I showed her a picture of exactly what I wanted. My layers used to be at my chest, and she cut everything to my chin! When I went home I discovered chunks of hair that weren’t blended in everywhere. The layering was very, very choppy. Added photos so you can see how uneven everything is. I cried on the drive home. Nice lady, and was apologetic, but she doesn’t know what she’s doing.

This was my first time in years leaving the salon feeling confident and like the stylist listened to and understood what I wanted. Ms. Lee was also very kind, professional and worked thoroughly to make my hair look perfect. Would definitely recommend this salon, especially for Asian hair. Thank you!
