Visiting fam from out of Town. Had a great time. Delicious dishes and sweet desserts and specialty teas/drinks available.
This time we ordered soy sauce chicken to go. We were told the wait would be ten minutes after we placed and paid for the order. The restaurant is pretty busy and ten minutes is reasonable. However, we waited for almost 20 minutes and they called the to-go order numbers; many numbers had already passed our number. So we checked and found out our order was still next to the cash register.
