Very good experience! We were looking for water softener options and was very pleased when we came across Jim's. Very helpful, patient and willingness to help us out. Came out and checked out what we had and worked with our schedule. He made some suggestions and we never felt any pressure to go with his company. He was the best option and highly recommend Jim's Water Treatment!

100% would highly recommend. He worked us into his schedule for an installation the next day after we called. He showed us how to use the softener unit, answered all of our questions, and was done with the installation within an hour and a half - AND he took away the old softener. You can't get any better service than that - 10/10!
