The technician is Old and only knows about old machines
Very prompt and reasonably priced
The guy never called back on getting a part. He said my dog was in the yard and he couldnt knock on my door. He hd my phone number and when i asked why didnt you he said he did but nobody answered. I asked why didnt you leave a message and he said well the part was more than a new dryer. Paid for a repair and all i got was excuses on why he didnt fix it.
