Poor knowledge and lack of ability to get jobs done in a timely manner. Always excuses on why repairs not complete at specified time for repair. Driving the repair bill up with the "reason" labor costs. I would never bring anything to them. I had my power stroke flywheel and clutch replaced 5 yrs ago and it took the reputable shop I brought it to on Mt.Iron 2 days time. My son now has been waiting almost two weeks to get the same identical work done from Jim's! Need I say more!??
