I was supposed to have a transmission rebuild for 2k and not only did they not install my transmission I found out from the dealership who marked it they gave me a older model tranny which had a different gear ratio and they had to rig it and cut wires to get it to work when I called him he wasn’t going to fix it it lasted about 4 weeeks then boom it went out they used a used one probably from a junkyard and put it in mine my tranny was 6800 new so I imagine he took mine and sold it to make more than the 2 grand. Recommendedtook my transmission for my 01 ford had done in 2 days so far so good. only complaint. i know he charged me 150. for torque converter. which he said i got back when i brought old one. over anyone else know?
terrible service, terrible customer service, I had my vehicle up there 4 times after them "rebuilding" my transmission, and once to an auto repair shop to fix a performance issue due to their neglect( that they wont pay for). I would not recommend these guys unless you want to pay for someone to fix your vehicle after a few visits.
Not good at all. Won't stand behind his bad work. Channel 7 news is going to love what he didn't fix on my sons Durango and I will be heard.
How can I get a hold of them I bin calling for two weeks now and can't even get someone to pick up the phone.
