They've always been helpful and kind. I once showed up with a screw in my tire and they got it fixed asap. They have great pricing and I trust them.
I have been a pleased customer of Jim's tire for over 20 years. Yesterday they went out of their way to install 2 new tires on my old Case Uniloader (skid steer). Randy is the specialist that works on heavy equipment tires saved me the price of new tubes by reforming the dents in the rims so that a tubeless tire would work again! That was huge! My mom lives in Canon and I’m over two hours away. Graham was able to help us out and get my mom’s car taken care of and handle payment over the phone seamlessly. Really appreciate all the help and great service he provided. The price of four tires and an oil change was also $200 less than anywhere else quoted.
Wasn’t busy (not like they have mobile orders in the back) took OVER 2 hours on a new set of tires when “we’ll have this done in no time” incredibly displeased and when they knew we was waiting in the area.
