The man showed me two brand new Goodyear 195/75 r-14s what he mounted on my truck were a used good year 195/70-14 and a used Douglas when I confronted him about the bait and switch he argued with me that these were the tires he showed me. And he refused to put the tires I paid for on my truck. I will never do buisness with this shop again and I would recommend you don’t either

Was in town and noticed one of our old tires was low. Been awhile since going here, but always trusted them in the past. Got the bad tire replaced-(for the price we paid it should have been a new one 😳)! Anyway, drove a couple blocks, got something to eat and not more than twenty minutes later the new one was completely flat! 😡😡 What a joke, never go there again!!
DO NOT BUY TIRES FROM THIS PLACE!!!! Any tire I have ever gotten from here has something wrong with it. I had one replaced about a month ago and recently it kept going flat. I decided to take it to Fire Stone & they asked where I got it & I told them the Jim’s tire City & they told me they often get people who have bought tires here and that they are trash! The proceeded to tell me that the tire was THE WRONG SIZE!!! Do not waste your time and money going here.
I went here to get a new tire after buying one from Brooks Brothers who told me the tire was like brand new only for it to fall apart a couple months later the people here at Jim's treated me very nice hooked me up with a tire and even gave a warranty on it I would highly recommend this as one of the best places to go especially if you are a woman they don't take advantage of you like some of these other places
