Very honest gentleman. I was told that the front arm on my Camry was damaged and it was a driving hazard by ****year. I didn't believe this and wanted a second opinion. Jim assured me it was not a driving hazard, that it was the top plastic on stuts that was making the noise. This was a relief. When I'm ready to change the struts I will definitely go back to Jim's. Yes the place is hard to find, its next door, to body shop, no big sign or nothing.
