I had a very pleasant experience. While placing my order over the phone, the gentleman who picked up was very energetic and happy to take my order. Automatically, my somewhat monotoned voice was also getting more cheerful. I was quite shocked, as it was past midnight, now a Friday morning. When arriving, I was greeted with a smile and my food ready. In less than 15 minutes since I called, they had 3 subs and 4 sides ready! Manager Alexander sent us food with tomatoes on everything we ordered and receipt said NO TOMATOES !!. Then when I called Alexander the manager blamed it on door dash. !¡! They have no tomatoes on the door.dash receipt and Jim steak out receipt ! He just bold faced lies to me. !! Luckily we noticed and did not eat them !!! Some people cant eat them !! FYI we ordered tacos and chicken fingers sub. All came with tomatoes after we def said no tomatoes on all items ordered. Manager was not managing at all !

$50 for two large hoagies combos with fries and a soda and the food wasn’t that great.

Placed my order online and picked up at store. Drinks weren't in the bag so when I called the store for a refund on the drinks they cant refund. Couldn't speak to a manager was just told I could drive 15 mins back for em.
