Jim repaired my old hot tub and replaced the heater element. He knows his stuff
I wanted to share my AWESOME experience that I had with Jim's spa service. I could not Express how thankful I was to have Jim look at my hot tub on such short notice with his day booked already, but he fit me in made some suggestions and with that my spa was up and running. Easy to talk to and took the time to explain things to me that made sense. Thank you Jim. Sorry there were only five stars ... was hoping for 10
