I had to pick up my mower after 2 months of sitting outside untouched other than they used my hood to lean a board against bending the hood bracket. They didnt answer their phone, didnt have voicemail and wasnt open during posted hours. Never knew when my mower would be worked on in 2 months of sitting outside and they kept the deposit. Has a sign on door about moody customers.....wonder why customers are moody? Maybe because customers are treated like I was. Caution!
They told my husband that our brand new mower was unfixable. It wasn't worth the cost to do it. We took it to someone else got it fixed no problem and really reasonable. They do not know the products very well.
This is a really great business! I went in thinking I would have to drop off and come back but Brian fixes on the spot if it’s simple! Then I came back to buy a lawn mower and it works great too!
