Generator was failing when we needed it most. Ended up being a carburetor issue. I brought them the carburetor, explained my situation (semi emergency) they got right to it, cleaned it and had it back to me within a couple hours. Runs smooth as butter and cost less than $40!!! Can't praise them enough! Household of 7, including a disabled Vet now enjoying heat during this major power outage. Thanks again Jim's, you earned a lifelong customer!

It's a small father and son operation, and they're super nice. They even gave me advice on how to keep my lawnmower and other yard tools in good shape. Their prices are reasonable.

I asked them to repair my snowblower so it would be ready when the white stuff shows up. The gears took a hit during the last storm last winter. Six days later, all repaired and serviced for the winter! Wow! And if you need a new blower, he has a bunch of great looking new ones ready to go. Local folks will treat you right.
