They were so wonderful and helped my mother with her troubles at a reasonable price and didn’t take advantage of her. Has had no problems with her vehicle since.
The staff were very respectful and helpful. I am an older lady and they took the time to explain everything to me and did the work very efficiently. Chris the mechanic even took the time to come out to my van and explain the electronic stuff to me. Price was very fair
It's apparent to my husband and I, NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY. IMMEDIATELY GIVE YOU AN HOUR WAIT TIME.. "If they can find SOMEONE TO WORK ON IT". WE WILL NOT TRUST JIM'S.
Ive never had a shop give me a lower price to compete with other shops. As far as the price changing once the vehicle is being worked on thats totally understandable and to be expected especially if something goes wrong. Ive never had an issue with jims giving a price over the phone. I worked at jims myself and I work on cars. I knew what was wrong with my vehicle but didnt have the time to work on it.
