Ive never had a shop give me a lower price to compete with other shops. As far as the price changing once the vehicle is being worked on thats totally understandable and to be expected especially if something goes wrong. Ive never had an issue with jims giving a price over the phone. I worked at jims myself and I work on cars. I knew what was wrong with my vehicle but didnt have the time to work on it. I had a ton of work done on my car and they were amazing. They communicated with me every step of the way and even went out of their way to give me an estimate for some new tires. This is my first time going there but i will definitely be back. Highly recommended!
Best place around, would definitely recommend them to anyone. They went out of their way to get my truck done knowing I was leaving for up north. Can't thank you enough. Thanks again Jeff and Rick.
