I have put off writing my review for around two years to see how they would address my concerns. However, they did not. I had the water pump in my vehicle go out June 2023 and took it to Jim’s. They found that they had to replace my timing as well. The first time I took it there for this issue, they said they would start working on it on Monday, they did not get to my vehicle until that Thursday.
