Over priced.The guy gives one answer and then charges ten times as much.Very poor business to customers.I recommend not to go there .

They genuinely care about the safety of the car. They’ll never do more work than you need in the interest of charging you. They tell you exactly what the problem is and what they’re doing to fix it, so you learn something too.
Jim’s Service on Norton Rd in Rochester is full of very nice and knowledgeable folks. They will take care of you like family and treat your vehicle like it was their own. Highly recommended!
