Extremely frustrating and, at times, genuinely disturbing experience. In November 2025, Jim (the owner) agreed to work on my RV. Based on that, I paid for a very expensive tow to bring the vehicle from out of state to his shop, along with a $7,000 deposit for the agreed work.
