Jim is really helpful! He advised me on what to do re: repair vs. replace (not my default!) a dishwasher. In addition, he was very open about the problems he's seeing with the different brands he services. I will absolutely call Jim again next time I need an appliance repair.

Here comes the Magician! The drain pump on my 15+ years old Maytag washer had given out. Jim arrived within 30 minutes of my call, spend a couple of hours with the machine and replaced both pump and ancient water supply hoses, both of which he "magically"had with him in the voluminous saddle bags of his motorcycle- all for a reasonable charge, and some lively philosophical conversation in the mix. Unconditional recommendation!
