Jim’s Repair Service was excellent. I called about my gas oven not heating even though the stovetop burners were working. Jim came out the very next day, arrived prepared, quickly diagnosed the problem as the igniter, and fixed it fast. He was professional, efficient, and clearly knew what he was doing. Really appreciated how easy he made the whole process. I’d definitely use him again and would recommend him to anyone in the San Anselmo/Marin area.

Super friendly and responsive! Extremely reasonable pricing. Was able to take my vacuum (that I clogged with a cat toy) same day and fix it in a couple of hours. Pending myself breaking anything else, Jim will definitely be the first person I call.

Jim is really helpful! He advised me on what to do re: repair vs. replace (not my default!) a dishwasher. In addition, he was very open about the problems he's seeing with the different brands he services. I will absolutely call Jim again next time I need an appliance repair.

Thanks! Called him to schedule an appointment. Was very helpful over the phone giving me straight advice and conclusing that our old dryer was not worth fixing. He easily could have tried to repair and charged me. Thanks for the help and honesty!

Here comes the Magician! The drain pump on my 15+ years old Maytag washer had given out. Jim arrived within 30 minutes of my call, spend a couple of hours with the machine and replaced both pump and ancient water supply hoses, both of which he "magically"had with him in the voluminous saddle bags of his motorcycle- all for a reasonable charge, and some lively philosophical conversation in the mix. Unconditional recommendation!
