We had a problem with our furnace this morning. Jim was round within the hour, and had it working again less than an hour later. Thanks! Edit: 2 years on, we were away travelling when our roommates had a problem with the furnace. Jim came round on a Sunday, diagnosed the issue straight away, replaced a broken part, then sent me a very reasonable bill. Couldn't recommend more highly!
