The good folk at Jim’s have been amazingly responsive to a researching a problem not of their creation. My heat pump failed repeatedly, forcing the backup small furnace to attempt heating a large space at great expense. They even came on a Saturday to problem solve. Im impressed and grateful for their efforts on my behalf.
