Honest and accountable
I had a dead tire and I stopped at this place. The guy did not even looked at me nor my car. All I wanted was his little help or tools to put a replacement tire if he does not have time to patch the tire. as I had never done it before - only positive attitude and some instruction on how can I do this myself may have helped as well. Thanks to the gas station attendant who gave me some hope and hand. The guy was rudest I have ever seen. Place like this should not exist.
Jim took the time and care to diagnose my problem. Great customer service!
