I had an amazing experience with Jim's Property Management! Jim was able to fit me into his busy schedule to install a new bathtub and surround, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Everyone was professional, punctual, and incredibly organized throughout the entire process. The quality of the work is outstanding, and he made everything stress-free from start to finish. I highly recommend Jim's Property Management for anyone looking for reliable and top - notch service!
Jim and his team member TJ, were absolutely amazing. They had built me a beautiful (not small) deck not only in a timely manner, but during a major heat wave. Jim is extremely knowledgeable and awesome at what he does! He'll be back in the future for some more work on my house hopefully!
Jim is the best! We trust him completely. He walks us through all the decisions and offers sound advice. He will tell you something is important and what can wait. He knows how to work within a budget and stay in that budget. No surprises with Jim. He has water proofed our basement (no leaks since!), replaced our windows, put up our siding and eaves, and built a deck. And, we have more on tap for this year. We will keep returning to Jim for his honesty, and his quality work. Can't ask for more from a contractor.
Jim and the crew did an awesome job hanging our new door. A pocket door had to be removed and new studs added to the wall. Great job.
We had ground water coming into our crawl space. Called Jim, problem was fixed immediately with installation of new sump pump. This company is fabulous. Will be using them again in the near future. Give them a call, you won't be sorry.
