I was looking for a pool supply store near me and found this store. I asked the owner some questions regarding my pool and immediately felt attacked and belittled for not being an expert on pool maintenance. Theres a way to treat customers and he definifely does not possess those skills. You can be super experienced and knowledgeable but if youre rude, even being the most knowledgeable wont get customers to come back.
