I’ve been going to Jim for all my pool needs. My dad was going to him and now I am. Jim could be a lil rough around the edges but I love that guy and his humor. If you don’t have thick skin or cant take constructive criticism go somewhere else.
Jim has helped my husband maintain his pool for the last 27 years. He is very knowledgeable and always helpful. Doesn't waste your time.
Rudest guy ever. Treats people horribly, do not spend a dime here. Go support another shop that actually treats people right.

Call Nan left a message so I can obtain her services only for me to leave a voicemail when he returned my call he was demanding that I got a pencil and when I asked him are you OK? He responded “do you want me to help you or not?!” I ended up hanging up on him.
