Jim's Pool Service was fantastic. I had a really bad tear in my liner that required a whole new liner. Jim's was the only company that could do a liner replacement before the end of Summer. Him and his crew had the liner installed in one day. They did such a great job I'm going to contract them to do an install of a safety cover in the fall.
Everything started out fine, gave them 1/2 down and they started work. Even were going to help us with some stairs! After things were done there were diversity and bad areas. We tried to get them to come back and they were always too busy. Very disappointed.
Jim and Robert came out to open our pool for the year. Jim was very quick to respond and schedule me. My wife and I bought a new house with a pool that we have always wanted, but we have zero pool knowledge. Jim was quick to answer all of my questions with a smile on his face and told me to call him with any other questions I may have. Jim has been my go to pool guy for years. He and his dad installed my pool years ago and his company helps me maintain it. He is reliable and his prices are very reasonable.
This is a great company on service for our pool, jim and his crew are very polite and been servicing our pool for years. Last year they installed a beautiful pool liner for us and installed a new winter cover which was much needed .
