Have been using Jim's service for 20 plus years. Always reliable and responsive. Job gets done. New liners, safety cover install as well as all our openings and closings. Extremely knowledgeable about everything pool related. He won't hesitate to listen and give perfect advise when asked. Pool is perfect. Thank you Jim for all your help. Highly advise using this company for your pool needs.
We bought a house and there was a receipt the seller made him sign saying the liner was in perfect working condition. It's slouching everywhere, we called him and left a handful of messages last year and he never replied to any of them. There's definitely a leak somewhere. I'm sure he's good unless something fails, if something goes wrong he'll probably ghost you.
Jim and his crew were outstanding. They installed a new 27 mil liner for our inground pool and it was done flawlessly with no problems. It looks great and at a reasonable price point too. Thanks Jim!!!
