Avoid this company at all costs. I contracted with them in August 2022 to replace my vinyl liner. I was charged to custom measure the pool, and assured that my 50% down payment would insure early 2023 installation. Progress didn’t start until June 2023 because in part, the owner had no staff and hired random people to work. The pool couldn’t be filled until the end of July 2023. Terrible experience..The husband and wife owners came out to check pool line and pump....we wanted them to blow out a skimmer line but they only wanted to turn on pump and tell us it was running ok as they were short on time due to moving their shop to diff location..Pump did NOT properly prime... and yet they insisted on payment for a service call when they did nothing...we even followed them to their shop to buy chlorine, and when we gave them CC for payment of Chlorine, they would not give credit card back until we paid f... read more

Paid him a lot of money to fix my pool, said he did it (twice) and that we could fill it up. Still leaking! I have "topped off" my pool THREE TIMES - my water bill is going to be immense! Now he won't answer his phone or return our calls and make good on his mistakes. I also paid him to clean my pool - did not do a good job.

Called him for a pool inspection and he came right out. he's very thorough and looked over every inch of my pool. He told me what was wrong and how to fix it at a much lower rate than the other thief, I mean pool guy that came out.
