Jack did an incredible job with my acoustic Martin D-35. I had left it in the back of my vehicle on a very hot day, and the bridge was lifting off the body. Jack, is a very professional and courteous manner, explained to me what can be fixed, how, and why. He took off my bridge and reinstalled it like new. He also redid the nut and saddle and filled in parts of the soundboard that had warped during that hot day. It looks and plays like new. He showed me pictures of everything he fixed along the way.
